About this project

Jumbo Stud Ltd, as an approved Fermacell installer, built this wall for the client in Rotherham to divide their warehouse to secure one side from the other with fire-rated jumbo stud wall partition to give a 60 min fire protection and 54dB sound reduction.

The Fermacell F60 system used for this specification is one of the Fermacell F series partitions that can be built to reach 120 min fire protection. The wall was completed and fire sealed with fire mastic all around to comply with full fire rating.
