This project in Glasgow was for a private client.

Jumbo Stud Ltd. was instructed to build three jumbo stud wall partitions to divide a warehouse into four separate units.

Jumbo Stud used an SFS framing system together with a robust Fermacell board to separate the warehouse and to give 60 minutes of protection from one to the other.

  • F60 Jumbo Stud system was used to give 60 minutes fire protection and 54dB sound reduction.
  • SFS high bay wall was built up to 7m.
  • Rockwool RWA45mm insulation was used in the cavity to comply with the full specification of this partition.
