About this project
A jumbo stud wall partition was required to separate the warehouse from the office to give a 60-minute fire rating and sound reduction providing a quiet place for the office.
Jumbo Stud Ltd was contracted to undertake this high bay wall installation with a one week build time.
This Fermacell F60 Jumbo stud system creates a dividing wall offering:
- 60 min fire protection
- 54dB sound protection from one side to the other.
