Adanac Park Southampton
About this project
Working in partnership with Mildren Construction, we delivered the internal subdivision of three large industrial units into 23 separate commercial spaces at Adanac Park, Southampton.
The scope included the installation of jumbo stud fire-rated partition walls, engineered to comply with the project’s fire strategy and performance requirements. All wall surfaces were finished with Fermacell Fine Surface Treatment compound, creating a durable and seamless finish ready for decoration.
The completed wall system achieved an impressive 62dB acoustic rating, providing excellent sound insulation between units while maintaining the required fire performance standards.
